Canadian Social Work Review
The Canadian Social Work Review is a biannual, bilingual publication issued under the auspices of the Canadian Association for Social Work Education (CASWE). The purpose of the CSWR is to advance social work scholarship, practice, and education in Canada by publishing original research and critical analysis that enriches or challenges existing knowledge. The CSWR will reflect the cultural and regional diversity in Canada. The CSWR is a scholarly journal committed to the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity. Solicitation and selection of content for all issues will be open, including distribution of calls for papers and anonymous peer review of all submissions. Decisions about the journal rest solely with the Editorial Board, which exercises its responsibility for the journal with reference to the principles of openness and fairness adopted in November 1999.
Book Review Editors shall select books and reviewers in consultation with the Editorial Board. Priority should be given to publications about Canadian social work and welfare.
The Canadian Social Work Review is a member of the Canadian Association of Learned Journals and is published with the financial assistance of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
